At Boost there is no off season. We have developed a year round training program to fit every athlete, no matter what phase of the sport season they are in. We have programs for Post, Off, Pre, and In season phases of the year. We also have recommended frequencies for those phases.

We use results-based programs and periodic scheduled testing combines, with proven scientific progression of
programs. There are no gimmicks here. We use our testing data to guide our program, as well as, to give
feedback to the athletes and their parents.

Our training sessions are divided into two separate categories which are Strength and Speed. Our strength
training program incorporates techniques to improve Power, Strength, Muscle Development, Flexibility and Injury Prevention. Likewise, our speed programs are comprised of Speed, Agility, Quickness, Plyometric, Power, Flexibility, & Injury prevention. Both these types of sessions are 1 hour and 15 minutes long. They are made up of five
15-minute periods, with each period focusing on a different element of speed or strength.

Our programs are also broken down by age into the following categories; Fundamental, Intermediate, and Varsity. Our Fundamental Program focuses on Elementary & Grade School athletes, ages 7-10 and in grades 2-5 (Hockey Levels – Mite & Squirt). Next in line, our Intermediate level programs focus on Junior High and Middle School
Athletes, ages 11- 14 and in grades 6-9 (Hockey Levels-Pee Wee & Bantam). Lastly, our varsity level involves High School athletes, ages 15-18 and in grades 10-12 (Hockey Level Midgets).

Sport Silver – 2 days/week

  • One Month – $160 (saves $40)
  • Two Months – $280 (saves $120)
  • Three Months – $360 (saves $240)

Sport Bronze – 1 day/week

  • One Month – $80 (saves $20)
  • Two Months – $140 (saves $60)
  • Three Months – $180 (saves $120)
