    BRAD KANUCH, BS

    Performance Coach

“There are no shortcuts to anywhere worth going.” This quote by Beverly Sills is how I base my training. Hard work is dedication, I want all of the people I train to have set goals and I want them to work as hard as they can to make their goals a reality.

Coming out of high school I had the opportunity to go to many Division 1 schools on the East Coast including Penn State, Maryland and Virginia. I ultimately chose UConn. I also could have run track at the Division 1 level as well. When I was a Junior in high school I was clocked at a 4.26 forty
at the Nike Combine. That year during track season I got 2nd place in the state in the 100 meter dash and long jump, while I won the 200 meter dash and triple jump.

My training is built off of the training I received while I played Division 1 football at the University of Connecticut. I am also constantly trying out new ideas and learning from strength and conditioning coaches at various levels. My goal is to get everyone that comes to see me bigger, faster and stronger. I tend to focus more on speed and agility with a side of strength and conditioning. I also enjoy prepping student athletes for combines that usually occur in the spring and summer. If you want to work hard and you want to see results come see me at Boost Sports and Fitness Booya!
