Our low cost high value memberships make your fitness affordable but at the same time exclusive. There are no lines or crowds like at the larger health clubs.

Our state of the art fitness center allows you to work out while at the same time getting a great view of your child on the ice. There are special seasonal rates available for Hockey families.

  • Prime®(Age 18+) Prime is similar to SilverSneakers Fitness Program, with the main difference being that eligible members are between the ages of 18-64 and are eligible through the insurance that is provided through their employers. Associated plans include BlueCross BlueShield PA, Capital BC and Federal Employee Program. (Any Federal Employee will have access to this benefit.)
